- Fire and Horns: Build two adult dragons. They will then use their knowledge of heredity to build two baby dragons that have traits inherited from both parents.
- Energy Racer: Build a car and a release mechanism. Using the box’s lid as a ramp, students will investigate how adjusting the height of the ramp affects the car’s speed.
- Grabber Arm: help an Oceanographer by building a submarine with a grabber to pick up rubbish (and some rubbish it can grab)
- Ra-Ra-Rattlesnake!: Build a model of a rattlesnake and test two of its defence systems – the warning rattle and the venomous bit
- Lemonade Shake: build a lemonade stand and an earthquake simulator. When they start the simulator, they will discover that the cups fall from the stand.
