Classroom-ready, curriculum-aligned Computer Science & AI kits, designed to drive outcomes through hands-on learning.
A rich learning solution that blends hands-on building with meaningful coding and safe artificial intelligence experiences for Years 6 onwards (ages 11+). With 30 ready-to-use lessons spread across six units, this kit invites learners to explore real computer science ideas like loops, conditionals, variables and functions, and then take those ideas further with age-appropriate AI and data activities. Each session is designed to fit within a typical class period, helping learners build confidence and curiosity through collaboration and creative problem solving.
The kit combines physical LEGO® building with intuitive block- and word-based coding using the LEGO® Education Coding Canvas. Lessons are accessed with a simple PIN — no student logins or passwords — and all project work is saved locally to prioritise privacy. A free Teacher Portal with presentations and facilitation notes means you’ll always have support to guide learning.
Educational benefits:
Encourages deeper logical thinking and computational skills as learners build, test and modify coded programs in pairs or small groups.
Introduces advanced programming concepts like variables, loops and conditionals in ways that connect physical models to digital actions.
Builds understanding of safe and practical AI concepts through creative challenges using colour sensors and coding logic.
Supports effective collaboration and communication as learners work together to solve design challenges and debug their projects.
Classroom & play activity ideas:
Host a “Code & Create Challenge” where teams build a robot that uses conditionals to react differently to coloured signals.
Run a “Variable Race” activity where learners programme their models to change speed or behaviour using stored values.
Set up a “Functions Festival” where learners design reusable code blocks to control complex behaviours in themed obstacles.
Create an “AI Data Detectives” scenario where teams use sensors and coding to classify and respond to patterns in their game space.
