Designed by Brett Groves this First Nations and Languages Wall Hanging attempts to represent all the languages, tribal or nation groups of Indigenous Australia and pay respects to the traditional custodians of the land in which we live.
The Indigenous Nations Map was inspired by our journey of discovering the many diverse and beautiful First Nations that we have here in Australia.

About the Artist: Brett Groves
I was born to Wiradjuri parents, I grew up and formed my connection to Dharug County. As an adult, I lived and formed a deep connection with Gadigal land. I purchased my first home and opened Bilingarra Indigenous Art and Culture and formed my connection to Gundungurra land.
Through my art and creations, I enjoyed storytelling of the world’s oldest living culture.
This is an evolving map which is forever growing with further knowledge.
