This Aurum round table is a fantastic addition to any classroom or learning space. The large round table design allows for multiple children to sit together for group and activity work. The unique shape and large table promotes communication and collaboration. The table top measures approximately 120cm in diameter. This table top features a natural timber coloured laminate finish. The design of this Aurum round table allows for flexibility in design. The separate table top and legs can be mixed and matched with other compatible ranges. This means you can design your own classroom to make a unique space for learning and creativity. The legs simply, slide into the metal bracket under the table and are attached with some screws. This allows for great functionality and versatility as well as cost savings as you do not have to buy a whole new table to change your classroom around. Please note that these separate table tops and table legs are not compatible with the Ergerite range of tables or the furniture ranges that have solid timber legs. These metal legs are height adjustable from approximately 38cm high up to 61.5cm high. The legs feature a powder coated upper layer and a silver coloured internal layer. The legs need to be adjusted with an Allen key or a Hex key for safety. The legs also feature size markings to help adjust the legs to the same height. These height adjustable legs can also be used with a set of castors which are sold as an optional extra. This ensures the tables can be easily moved around a classroom when wanting to create flexible and versatile spaces. These Aurum round table legs are perfect for use in any early years and early childhood space, a kindergarten or prep classroom or up to year 1 or 2 depending on the height of the students. These tables can also be used as low tables for upper primary and high school students. The height adjustable design means that you can choose one table that can be used across most age groups. The Aurum Space range creates a warm and fun environment for the classroom. This range is made from plywood, high quality particleboard and melamine. The melamine is an easy to clean and functional finish. The Aurum Space range features green, orange, blue and natural timber colours. The tables feature height adjustable, metal legs, and the chairs range from 25cm seat height to 45cm seat height. The range also includes functional storage cabinets as well as key play pieces. Some pieces in this range are compatible with many items from the Natural Spaces and Norwegia Spaces furniture ranges. Many pieces in the Aurum Spaces furniture range are designed use from early childhood through to primary and high school. Most items require assembly. We recommend to clean this Aurum round table furniture with a gentle cleaner on a moist cloth and dry thoroughly. Do not saturate the Aurum round table furniture and we do not recommend to use bleach or harsh cleaning agents. Siqura surface sanitiser can be used to disinfect this item. This furniture is for indoor use only and assembly is required. Do not drag or pull this furniture piece. If the unit has castors only move when the castors are unlocked. This will reduce the strength of the item and may void the warranty if misused. This will depend on the height of the student or child and not the age as each person is unique and will vary in their needs. A table showing height suggestions can be found on each page of our catalogue where the chairs are shown, otherwise please call our friendly customer service team for more information. A rough guide is early childhood needs approximately 20cm between the seat height and the top of the table, chairs suitable for this age group have a seat height of approximately 20-30cm. This height between seat and table extends up to 20cm to 30cm for primary school with seat heights from 30cm to 40cm. High schools will usually use 40cm and taller chairs with the height difference between chair and table from 25cm to 35cm depending on each student.
