A set of 6 sorting bowls and 6 tweezers, in the same colours as most counters sets. Perfect for hand-eye coordination, sorting and classification skills while improving hand strength.
The set consists of 6 bowls in the colours red, green, yellow, blue, orange and purple. The tweezers have matching colours. Students can use the tweezers to develop sensory skills, fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. The tweezers help develop pincer grasp as well as fine motor skills needed for daily living (buttoning, zipping, holding a toothbrush or pen, and picking up items. By working on grasping, picking up and releasing with the tweezers, students are developing hand-eye coordination (visual motor integration). As a result, students become more proficient with tasks like handwriting, drawing and forming numbers.
Each sorting bowl measures 24(L) x 16.5(W) x 4(H) cm, the tweezers are 14(L) x 5.5(W) x 2(H) cm.
