How can I access free freight?
Currently you can get free freight on your entire order when you spend $199 or more (excl. GST) on products from our health & hygiene (janitorial) range. We will continue to provide regular offers and promotions to help with your budget throughout the year.
What does it mean when a product is a 'Special Order Item'?
Items marked 'Special Order' may be delivered direct from the manufacturer or supplier. Lead times may vary based on factors such as supplier, location, or customisation required.
How are my freight costs calculated?
Our standard freight rates are based on order size and are listed below.

My school is in a rural area? How am I affected by freight costs?
For regional and remote customers, we will further subsidise costs to minimise impact in these areas.

School holiday held order service
To help make your planning easier at the end of the school year, MTA offers a School Holiday Held Order service. Orders placed during each state’s end-of-year holiday period can be held and dispatched at the start of Term 1. This allows you to set and forget your orders without having to manage delivery timing over the break. If you require your order earlier, or would like to arrange a specific delivery date, we’re happy to accommodate special requests.
