How can I find my invoice?

  1. Sign in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Once signed in, in the top right hand corner select the icon My Dashboard then select Account Information.
  3. Here you can view your invoices and download them as a PDF file.

How can I track my order?

  1. Sign in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Once signed in, in the top right hand corner select the icon My Dashboard then select Account Information.
  3. From there Select Track Delivery or Order.
  4. You will then see a list of your recent orders. Select the green truck icon next to the order you wish to track to bring up your tracking information.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

  1. Sign in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Once signed in, in the top right hand corner select the icon My Dashboard then select Order Search.
  3. You will be able to see any orders you have placed here.

I did not receive my full order

    Check your invoice. If there is an item that has a quantity marked in the quantity to follow column, this means the items is on backorder and will be sent once stock is available. To review what items are on backorder on your account;

  1. Sign in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Once signed in, in the top right hand corner select the icon My Dashboard then select Backorder Search.
  3. Any items you have on backorder will appear in this list.

I have forgotten my password

  1. Go to the Sign in Icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  2. Underneath the sign in box there is a link to select Forgot Your User ID or Password.

How can I check if I have any fundraising vouchers?

  1. Sign in to your account with your Username and Password.
  2. Once signed in, at the top of the screen it will state Available Fundraising Vouchers and if there is an amount available.
