Zero-contact Delivery Effective 20 March 2020
As part of our effort to keep our customers and delivery teams safe, and prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective 20 March 2020 we implemented a temporary zero-contact delivery process. Upon delivery, your courier will place parcel/s at the usual point of delivery or where you have nominated, they will knock or ring and then step back at minimum of 1.5 metres. When the parcel/s are collected, the courier will ask permission to sign on your behalf, thus removing any need of personal contact and or touching devices.
